Both sweet and salty in perfect balance with a brilliance of blue veining running right through to its crumbly core.

This exceptional cheddar has a dense, creamy texture and is distinguished by its full-bodied flavour with a succulent and lactic bite.  A grown up cheddar for a discerning palate; its subtle complexity deserves time to develop in the mouth, giving of hints of toasted seeds, fruit and drifts of autumn leaves.

Velvety duck-egg grey rind with a firm but sometimes crumbly centre; creamy and buttery with a sweet saltiness.

This is a timeless chutney for every cheeseboard... well we say timeless... but we find if you get it out time after time it doesn't last any time at all!

Delicately spiced and made with British Bramley Apples.

Each batch is handmade using their own sourdough mother which is specifically fed and fermented to create the perfect punch and crunch. The mother is mixed with the finest rye flour, rapeseed oil and a little sea salt to achieve the perfect texture and taste. It’s then rolled and sprinkled with pumpkin, poppy and sunflower seeds before baking.

Baked until golden and crisp, they are the natural choice for your cheeseboards.

These crackers are made with fresh buttermilk using surplus milk from Whalesborough, Norton Barton's dairy. The dough is mixed using the fines wheat flour and flaked oats. It is then rolled extra thinly before baking to create the perfect texture and taste.
