We’ve put together four of our family favourites that are perfect for everyone’s taste, young or old.

Starting with the multi award winning oozy Donge Brie de Meaux; the French classic. Then a blue, Colston Bassett Stilton, still lovingly made by hand in Nottingham; salty and crumbly.  Pitchfork Cheddar follows, for those who like their cheddar to bite back.  Topped off with the excellent Single Gloucester from Charles Martell; be warned, this cheese is dangerously moorish!

All this is accompanied by some delicious Rosebud Preserves ‘Ampleforth beerfruit Chutney’ and two boxes of Peter’s Yard Sourdough Crackers.

Fionagh's Seeded Sourdough Crackers

Each batch is handmade using their own sourdough mother which is specifically fed and fermented to create the perfect punch and crunch. The mother is mixed with the finest rye flour, rapeseed oil and a little sea salt to achieve the perfect texture and taste. It’s then rolled and sprinkled with pumpkin, poppy and sunflower seeds before baking.

Baked until golden and crisp, they are the natural choice for your cheeseboards.

Fionagh's Cornish Buttermilk Crackers

These crackers are made with fresh buttermilk using surplus milk from Whalesborough, Norton Barton's dairy. The dough is mixed using the fines wheat flour and flaked oats. It is then rolled extra thinly before baking to create the perfect texture and taste.

Baked until crisp, they are the natural choice for a legendary cheeseboard
