I know what you’re thinking – what’s with the nettles right?  Maybe it’s a government conspiracy to get us to eat more 5-a-day? In fact, this cheese really is a thing of beauty and not only does it look rather spectacular, but it also tastes rather good too.  This cheese wouldn’t look out of place on your coffee table alongside some art books or just sitting proudly on the bookshelf.  Perhaps you just want to scare your children by telling them they’re eating nettles? – after that, broccoli should be a breeze.  Either way this cheese is a winner.
