This is Westcombe’s take on the traditional Red Leicester – we think they’ve smashed it! It is mellow, and tastes of roasted nuts and summer grass – characterful and semi-hard texture.

This cheese is the Prince Harry of cheeses. It’s an unashamedly glorious redhead, loud like Lucille Ball and ready to pack a punch like Jessica Rabbit if needed. Matured for approximately five months in traditional cloth-bound 10kg wheels.
