Our ‘Affineur’s Cellar Selection’ is our popular monthly cheese selection accompanied by a carefully chosen wine, selected to create the perfect pairing, with the convenience of collection.
Approximately 800g – 1kg of cheese exhilaration, with our wine choice of the month. Collect your monthly selection from our North View shop and enjoy the personal connection with your local specialist cheesemonger each and every month! Yes please!
How does it work?
We carefully prepare your cheese and wine; wrap, pack and finish with a little je ne sais quoi every month. You then just pop in to our shop in North View, just grab & go or stay for a chat!
Each month we hand select five new cheeses and a bottle of wine based on what we think are tasting great at the time, and, all being well, we won’t repeat the same cheese (or wine!) for at least 24 months! That’s an amazing 24 wines… and 120 cheeses to try! We even include tasting notes and other wine pairing suggestions too, its just great!
Can I cancel?
Of course. No problem at all, we just require 10 days’ notice of cancellation.

*** Why the approximate weight of 800g-1kg? Because we like to add at least one gem of a small uncut cheese to your box, these vary between 60 – 250g depending on the type of cheese. So sometimes its a little more and sometimes a little less but not by much!
After your first delivery, your box will be available to ‘grab’ when your subscription renews, its simple.
