Who are we?
One of life’s great questions huh? In our case it was really quite simple as we were already on the holy path to fromage enlightenment. Our destiny had been set in the stars before we were knee high to a cave aged cheddar.
Louise’s early years were spent on the family dairy farm in Gloucestershire sleeping in the room that had once housed the cheeses made by her great, great grandparents. Leo had spent his early days staring at huge cheddars in his parents restaurant, deli and cheese stall in Devon. One day as the sun eclipsed the moon, the birds became silent and eternity stood still – we both met and the rest as they say is history.
Actually, that’s not really the end of the story, it’s the beginning for us. We really are serious about our love of fromage and we want to share our passion with you. We want you to share our journey as we start out, discovering new cheese, we want to excite you and make fromage part of your everyday life as it is ours.
