Bollington; One ewes’ milk Pave Cobble rests across four goats’ milk Golden Cross Logs, all dusted in ash and rind ripening before your very eyes. Cropwell Bishop then adds its savoury punch, tastefully decorated with its own delicate blue marbling it offers contrast to Gorwydd Caerphilly’s fresh white paste and lingering zing. What’s missing? Absolutely nothing because we have our own favourite Montgomery Cheddar, drawing everything perfectly together.

This mould ripened cheese has a chalky outer appearance with an aromatic, fresh taste in its centre, ripening to a mushroomy flavour from the rind. It’s a bit of a show stopper and definitely one to get people talking around the table.

An artisan cheddar with melt in the mouth properties. It has a rich, savoury and nutty flavour with a slightly dry and crumbly texture and sometimes a little blue veining.
