Handmade by artisan cheesemakers at Philip & Carol Stansfield on the edge of Bodmin Moor in Cornwall. Cornish Blue is dry salted by hand before being left to mature for between 12 & 14 weeks. Cornish Blue is very different from traditional English blue cheeses; It is mild & creamy with a dense, moist, sticky texture & buttery richness; a biscuity & delicious entry level blue.
