A classic blue veined cheese hand made in small batches from the milk of their own organic cows at Park Farm, Kelston near Bath. Ripened for eight to ten weeks to give a creamy blue veined taste. In 2014 it was awarded Supreme Champion at the World Cheese Awards and more recently it won gold in the 2017 Artisan Cheese Awards too. A blue cheese that stands out on any cheese board with its autumnal rusty hues on the rind, warm buttery pate and well developed blue veining marbled throughout.
